THE COURTYARD

One of the most secretive and equally serene features of 2020 is the expansive courtyard located in the center of the community.  This is by far the hidden gem of the community that you must see to believe.  With a hammock, a gazebo, and a grill, this area is great for entertaining and relaxing!

 

 THE FITNESS CENTER

We have taken great care to outfit 2020 Congress with a fitness center that is rivaled by few.  With 6 machines - two ellipticals, two treadmills, and two stationary bikes - the CARDIO ROOM in the fitness center has something for everybody.  Just a few steps away, the WEIGHT ROOM in the fitness center is equipped with over 56 different exercises to help you achieve a full body workout.

 

THE POOL

Located at the front of the community, the pool is perfect for relaxing in the warm Texas weather!
