Kline Ventures, LP. Kline Ventures was founded on August 7, 2002, with the purchase of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in the north campus area of The University of Texas at Austin. Shortly thereafter, in January 2003, Kline developed a 12 bedroom duplex that was completed and occupied in August 2003. Between October 2003 and May 2004, the company grew through a string of 10 acquisitions from one individual owner. In May, 2005, Kline acquired Boardwalk Campus Management – a 12 property portfolio consisting of houses, duplexes, and small complexes.
In September 2007, Kline acquired 2020 Apartments – a 103 unit apartment community located on South Congress street just one mile south of the Central Business District in Austin, TX.
